no that means that your muscles have adapted to the exercises(routine) your doing.. So they don’t get sore as much..It doesn’t mean your workout, doesn’t work anymore. If you want to feel the burn again, just change up the routine, like the exercises, number of reps, sets, to confuse the muscles…

alright thanks bro, cuz ive been working out alot these past 3 weeks and ive seen a change but ive been doing the same exercises so im guessing thats why i dont feel sore anymore, but yeah good advice, i just feel as if im not gaining anymore muscles cuz im not sore.
lets say you do 30 curls(reps=repetitions), and rest and do 30 again, as you said…Then you have done 2 sets, you need one more. You follow now? or you want me to explain it better?
