    There’s very little in it really, but muscle is much more shapely so you don’t notice a small increase much but fat is “out of place” and more visible.

    yeah…1 pound is 1 pound, whether its fat, muscle, bricks, leaves, a pound is a pound is a pound. Fat takes up more space.
