I’ve started doing a lot of push ups, sit ups and running.

Supplements: Whey protein, which is not milk but comes from it, is very good because it’s the highest quality protein supplement on the market. It’s good because it digests so fast so a good whey protein shake with at least 20 grams of protein helps a lot to recover.
Besides that, add in a Glutamine and Creatine supplement, 5 gram servings each, Glutamine after work-outs and Creatine everyday four weeks on and one week off. From experience, don’t “load” Creatine, which means, taking much higher dosages when you just start taking it to build up your Creatine stores in your body. My best friend in high school did that while training for football and gave himself kidney stones which he had to piss out, mind you, it’s like pissing jagged rocks the size of peas. Also, Glutamine is a natural amino acid which is most makes up most of a protein cell and creatine helps store water in your muscles that is naturally found in red meats so those are things that you consume naturally. I wouldn’t trust anything that doesn’t sound nor resembles something natural in the ingredients because over-the-supplements are not FDA approved so their effectiveness and side effects are not proven. Don’t buy into advertisement claims, even if it’s a doctor claiming the product works because they get paid to make those claims. In addition, especially with bodybuilding supplements because that whole industry only makes money from selling gym memberships, supplements and advertising space in it’s magazines.
I take GNC Chocolate Whey Protein, GNC Creatine, and GNC Strawberry flavored Glutamine, which all seem to work very well.
Thermogenics, aka fat burners, shouldn’t be used at all! Imagine Cocaine or crack, stimulants, that’s what all those fat burners are. They work by speeding up your heart the same way you do when you run, however, dosages are not tailored to your body specifically so it’s very easy to get to much and possibly find out you’ve had a heart defect and wake up in a hospital on an oxygen machine. So if you take those, be very careful.
Hopefully, this all helps you. Feel free to e-mail me if you have any other questions.
First off, Negroham, your a moron. Second, pushups, situps, and running is basically alot of the physical part of bootcamp. the chubby guys get skinnier, and the skinny guys get muscles. Its a fact, been there, done that. I would try to run 1-2 miles a day, eat lots of protein, and keep on moving forward. Supplements I think are a lot of propaganda. You can do a lot without them.
your not going to build anything just using pushups and running
and you cant do bulid muscle and burn fat at the same time. you cant try but it wont happen
edit
oh yeah, you can get jacked off of pushups and situps
which really dont do anything for you
and you can most definetly add muscle and burn fat at the same time. if you think that…your a moron
especially with pushups situps and running
you cant even do that with weights
