Go and have a look at those well known magazines, since their first publication, the message is simple, put some pictures of different routing of people well known and under drugs for a years, to force young generation to spend money and buy the other products, which are all based and supplementation.why don’t you have one magazine without any advertisement, who just talks about exercise and nutrition, because after one publication they wouldn’t have other thing to talk about.
I see it exactly the other way.
My messages to all the teeagers and adults who dream to put some muscle mass on is .
Hey look, i don’t need steroids to get muscular and big, it works even better without.I don’t know if you realize that there are millions of people around the world who are under steroids and use steroides in a regular base who never get the right results..
Actually, it is possible to lose bodyfat and gain muscle by implementing the carb rotation techniqe, the process is slower as oppose to a clean bulk and then cut while maintain muscle, however it is very possible indeed. Many fitness models and natural bodybuilders are successful at losing bodyfat while gaining muscle.
Each magazine has around 100 pages, and 88% is advertising, and pictures….
The question is, could you work out and build your body based and natural product, and stay cean from any kind of pills and supplements?
How many of you can say that?
Each body has its own stereotypes, meso, endo, ectomorph…, each body has its own metabolism, but that doesn’t mean , we can not switch it from endurance to power , or vice versa.
Steroids is not the answer, the right information, the right knowledge of training eating and resting is the key nothing more nothing less.Get the right informations for your body and it’s give you what you ask for, if it’s muscle you want , then let it be, if there is losing fat then that’s what it will be
So the most important point is not what you think you know, but the way your muscle answer and react to the exercises you do and the food you take in. the rest is all the same old information about the different type of exercises or supplements …..
