For Freshhhh1982 : any exercise u do will eventually burn fat, its all about calories in Vs calories out. So eat less and train more and u’ll lose fat!!!
Damn, I’m impressed. I did two cycles and I’m shaking. Very impressed. You’re not going to gain much mass, but an awesome short term substitute, or supplement to your usual routine.
go with the kb, you will eventually move up in weight and medicine balls don’t come in 20, 24kgs
I am going to have to substitute the leg curls with the stability ball with bootstrappers. I do not have a Stability Ball yet.

Hi I have a question. In any dept store you would see medicine ball and kettle bell in sport dept. Some of those medicine balls have handles on them, just like kettle bells. Do you know if there is any different between medicine balls with handles and kettle bells? What is the advantage and disadvantage of a medicine ball with handle? Can I be using the medicine ball with handle instead of kettle bell with the exercises that you are showing in this video? Thanks
