Can Someone Give me a good Belly Fat burning workout?
I run everyday and I try to eat right and usually do a good job with that. I also get some smaller workouts in like crunches/jack knifes, push ups and pull ups. But I cant seem to burn this belly fat off any good workouts or routines to help?
Unfortunately its not possible to burn just belly fat
your body will take fat off your body through out and the belly/lower back and thighs are usually the last places to go
go to google calculate your BMR which will give you a calorie in-take and aim for 500 less calories than that and you’ll lose about a pound a week (without losing much muscle)
Burning belly fat is all about losing weight and lowering your body fat. The focus is on a quality diet and an efficient exercise routine.
As for diet, try eating 6 smaller meals a day with a protein shake for breakfast and lunch. A single serving of fruit for mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack. Dinner should be a sensible meal- minimize rice and breads. Try this for a two-week period. Then, vary your meals accordingly.
Workouts should have weights and circuit type of training. Free weights are great for toning and weight-loss. I would suggest doing powerlifts (bench press, squats, and deadlifts). You can try dumbbell squats with shoulder presses. Here is a great and effective circuit training using a treadmill. Walk for 2 minutes (as a warm-up), jog for 2 minutes, run hard for a minute, then jog for 2 minutes, run hard for a minute, etc…do this for about 20-23 minutes. This works great and is more effective than a jog of 30 minutes to an hour at one speed.
By the way, do not be a slave to scale. Check the mirror also. It will show results.
This is just a start. Keep working out and eating properly. You will burn that belly fat.
