    Also, how many times a week should this be done along with my other ab exercises?

    yes, this is one of the hardest exercises for abdominal muscles, so perhaps it would be wise to try with other exercises. Eventually you will be able to perform this one without bigger problems.

    I Love This One i do it with my footy club (AFL) but we do the 2 inch were u keepp ur legs up 2 inches for a minute yea this one is good as for ur thx for that mate
