I am 16 years old. 6′0” tall. Around 140 lbs. Very skinny. I want to get a six pack.

    Technically, everyone has a six pack. That’s the way the muscle is naturally shaped, look in an anatomy book. The only problem is, most people have a layer of fat covering it. “6′0” tall. Around 140 lbs.” That being said, you really shouldn’t lose weight. Why? Because you are already a walking twig. Even if you did lose fat to reveal the six pack that you naturally have, it wouldn’t really be worth it. No part of your body would really be impressive, and your six pack would look out of place. Concentrate on gaining muscle first, then later you can worry about shedding fat and getting to that six pack.
