    “does this exercise burn fat??” All exercise burns fat. Exercising requires energy, fat is one of your body’s primary sources of energy, after carbohydrates. Doing cardo is just more “exercise” that requires more energy (your fat covering your lower abs). Either you eat healthier or you workout more, that simple.
