We were sleeping late last night and got hungry and all of a sudden I got the thought of “Which food can burn fat before sleeping or while sleeping?” but I’m wondering … how does fat burn while I sleep? Nevermind about that… Anyway…. Answer if you can.

Is 3 miles of running every day followed by a healthy diet (restricted calorie intake) enough to lose weight and burn fat? If not, how much should I do?

I also do some weight lifting and ab work.

I have started to go to the gym as I am really quite overweight and so far have been using treadmill/crosstrainer and bike.Thing is I already have HUGE calves, so if anything i want to reduce muscle mass in this area. I want to lose weight more then anthing but really dont want to make them any bigger!! should I be swimming instead? Please help!
