I’ve been going to the gym for a while now and have noticed improvements in strength and size. I’m looking to trim my abs and after research have found that the most important thing is to burn fat. However I was told that if you do too much cardio you will burn muscle aswell.

K well the last time i ate was 7pm last night. I was on yahoo answers and somebody wrote a post that if you last eat at 7pm and eat again at 7am then thats 12 hours without food, meaning your body is in starvation mode. I just ate oatmeal and i am eatiing strawberries + an apple. At 9:00am i’m going to go running, will my body burn my muscles instead of my fat?
