I run everyday and I try to eat right and usually do a good job with that. I also get some smaller workouts in like crunches/jack knifes, push ups and pull ups. But I cant seem to burn this belly fat off any good workouts or routines to help?

I am 24 and a toe walker and have been all my life, my calves have been getting bigger as the time goes on and I am really trying to break the habit cause all it is doing is building up muscle in there that I DON’T want. I need to lose a little weight and I am trying to find a fat burning workout that wont use my calf muscles. HELP!!!

Fat burning workout is usually around 60% of your peak heart rate while cardio is about 80%. You would think that a more vigorous workout (cardio) would be better for trying to burn fat but is it really?

I am 17, and overweight. The weird thing is that my arms and legs are pretty skinny, and my face isn’t chubby either. its all in my stomach. which i hate. i’d like to know some good exercises specifically for burning belly fat, if anyone has any.
btw it is definetely more lower stomach fat.
