does running for 20-30 minutes a day in the morning, make my fat bulgy stomache go away???
its my new year resolution and im trying hard to do it… just im scared of one thing
if i run, wil i lose my “bubblebutt”?
and i barely have any hips, if i lose all my stomache fat, will it atleast look like i do have a small waist? in other words, does my waist get smaller by doing this routine daily, since my stomache becomes flat? or does it?

Hey everyone,
Well I’ve been working out and eating healthily for quite a few months now. I’ve lost over 6 kilos and have slimmed down a lot. However my stomach still has a little pouch of fat and isn’t completely toned yet. I hardly eat any sweets (if I do I eat less) and I don’t drink soft drinks at all. I eat lots of fruit and veg and limit my starch. I also run about 2-4 times a week and I do the 30 day shred everyday.
Is this enough to get my stomach toned and to lose the last bits of fat all over my body? Do you think this is possible by the end of the year? I really can’t wait to get rid of all the unnecessary bits of fat but I’m scared it won’t go away!
