I work out everyday, and i cant seem to reduce the stomach fat, i’m not overweight or anything.
And this is what i do for my daily workout:
run 1.5-2 miles a day
total body workout on the boweflex
100 crunches
120-200 abs
and a abs movie [8 mintues long]
Do you have any advice on how to acutlly get the flat stomach. Its like mine gets flatter but then it reaches a point to know matter what i do, it wont get any flatter. So do you have any tips, workouts, exircises, etc that could give me a lfat stomach?

oh and of course i have been dieting majorly.

My stomach, above my belly button, is kind of big, I have a little bit of belly, but this part of my stomach really bothers me. Because u can see through my clothes sometimes.
What workout can I do to make that part flat??
Also, can doing crunches the wrong way make that part of your stomach stick out more??
