I want to know if there are any exercises that can help me get a six pack fast and please tell me how there are done.
I have been doing many sit-ups but nothing.
I just need to know how to get it pop out or something.

OK so, I have a flat belly and if i flex my stomach muscles i can see a four pack but otherwise it just looks flat. How do I get a six pack fast and does my four pack when i flex mean that i am already getting results from my crunches?
