I am 14 and am a pretty scrawny kid but I want to build muscle w/o using heavy weights. I hate lifting so much, it’s just too dull to keep myself motivated. Any fun workout routines (aerobic, etc.) that help build muscle quickly without the use of heavy weights? Thanks in advance.
I was kind of joking when I said scrawny. I’m just skinny.
We were sleeping late last night and got hungry and all of a sudden I got the thought of “Which food can burn fat before sleeping or while sleeping?” but I’m wondering … how does fat burn while I sleep? Nevermind about that… Anyway…. Answer if you can.
I’ve started doing a lot of push ups, sit ups and running.
I heard somewhere that if you want to lose weight you want to have a lower heart rate when working out? Anyone know?

Is true that you need for men 3000 calories in order to build muscle instead of 2500? Wont that make you fat instead?
